I led research to find that 67% of user sessions ended on login. Using small but strategic design changes, I improved usability, user satisfaction, enhanced platform adoption AND helped 172% more people access the app (bounce rate reduced by 58%).

THE CHALLENGE

Users were struggling to access the app on their first attempt due to slow load times, confusing reactivation flows, permission issues and passive product usage.

Streamlined the login flow with greater understanding of permission levels for different users, a speed performance fix and better an improved UX.
